These beautiful Model 540 lamps were designed by none other than Gino Sarfatti in 1968 for Arteluce.
Gino Sarfatti was born in Venice , Italy in 1912 and studied aeronautical engineering at the University of Genoa. He founded his company Arteluce in 1935 and sold it to FLOS in 1973.
These lamps are in exceptionally beautiful condition, and rare to find as a set.
