This sofa was designed by Michel Ducaroy, a French designer, for Ligne Roset in the 1970s.
Michel Ducaroy will dedicate 26 years of his life to the head of the design department of the Ligne Roset company, the Marsala is one of the first models of the 60s-70s to use the new materials of the time, such as molded plexiglass .
The Ligne Roset Marsala was completely reupholstered with the beautiful trendy "Boucle" fabric. Bouclé fabric is made from the short silk fibers that remain after combing and carding. This fabric feels silky soft and wonderfully warm.
