He designed the interiors of a large number of restaurants and brasseries in Brussels, designed several bank buildings and designed various furniture and lighting.
He founded his own company Gevers Design and was a professor at La Cambre in the decoration and furnishing department for thirty-three years.
Thanks to a retrospective of Christophe Gevers' work in 2008, he has acquired a new status in Belgium.
