Extremely rare chromed version of the Panthella floor lamp by the Danish designer Verner Panton manufactured by Louis Poulsen.
Designed in 1971, initially in white plastic and world famous as such, the lamp was also made in silver, of which few were sold and therefore only briefly produced. This makes this silver version scarce and of a completely different value than the white versions from the time.
This is a first production and sought after by collectors worldwide. This version is also exhibited in various museums.
The shape is often described as 'mushroom-like', but is more precisely inspired by the mushroom cloud after a nuclear explosion.
This is one of the greatest design icons of all time, and this is your chance to have it in its rarest appearance and fully functional as it was in the 1970s.
